    From Coaching to Leadership

Cassandra’s journey into hospitality wasn’t a straight path, but one shaped by passion, leadership, and a love for hands-on work. She started her career as a gymnastics and ballet coach at just 14, helping young athletes reach their goals. After high school, she transitioned into corporate roles, gaining valuable experience in communication and organization, but soon realized that a desk job wasn’t for her.

Craving a more dynamic environment, Cassandra found her way to Rube’s, where she started as a host and quickly worked her way up through various roles before earning a management position. Now, as Manager, she thrives on mentorship, leadership, and creating a positive team culture.

    Why Cassandra Loves Rube’s

"I was introduced to Rube’s through family—my mother-in-law and brother-in-law worked here and raved about the experience. From the moment I started, I was hooked on the energy, the connections, and the fast-paced atmosphere. But the best part? The people. Rube’s isn’t just a workplace; it’s a family, and the friendships I’ve built here have truly shaped who I am today."

    Cassandra's Go-To Rube’s Favorite

“My absolute favorite menu item? The homemade crab-stuffed mushrooms. They're hand-stuffed daily, and the sweet, creamy filling makes them the perfect sidekick to a steak. Just writing this has me craving a skillet!”

    Beyond the Restaurant

Depending on the season, Cassandra can be found kayaking down the river with her husband and friends, or, when stuck indoors, watching movies, playing sudoku, or piecing together a puzzle.
