meet Tiffani
A Passion for Hospitality​​

With over 11 years of experience in restaurant management, Tiffani has built her career from the ground up. She started managing a fast food chain at just 17 years old, balancing work with full-time school. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned to Olive Garden, where she gained insight into higher-end dining.
After moving to the area, a mutual friend introduced her to Rube’s, and she was hired within a week. Starting in the kitchen, she quickly moved through roles as host, bartender, server, and finally, manager—all within her first 18 months. Now, as General Manager, she thrives in leading the team and ensuring every guest has a top-tier experience.

Outside of work, Tiffani is a gamer and fantasy book lover, often found curled up with a good read and her cats. When she’s not at home, she’s out with friends, running errands, or just having fun.
